What I mean is that if 10 teachers (or worse: 10 professors) of the same institute are allowed to switch on and of and move their own blocks, students will end up with 10 different views: finding their homework will become an adventure:
Instead of that the coordinator (with help of the course creator) should choose the blocks and the place on the screen for that institute, after consulting all 10 professors..
Maybe STUDENTS (=SC+) should be allowed to switch on and off and the others are only allowed to decide about the place on the screen?
