Hi, Helen. Thanks for replying. I actually had played around with the Ctrl and Shift keys before posting the message. I was able to select all 50 students nicely (using the shift key) and unassigned them all at once from the role "Student". However, when assigning a new role to the same group, I would have to pick out 50 of them from a list of 400 users. It's pretty tough for me.
I would appreciate instructions on how to tweak the database. Thanks.
