Hi,
My system Requirements are
- that it should not allow any person from taking a test(Quiz) unless it is 30 days after enrolling the course.
- Negative marking of 0.25 mark for wrong answer.
- If he fails in the first attempt(<60%) he cannot attempt the quiz till completion of 15 days from then.
How can I achieve my requirements..? Are they acheivable through exixsting system.. If yes, then how.? If no. what code needs to be appended and in which file..?(php coding)
Please help me.. It is urgent.
