Problem about html Editor in 1.3 Version

Hi,

I don't know my editor (moodle) was siwtched to Simple Editor.

I mean that the Editor of every section( assessment, ...)  has not  some componets such as Bold, Direct to Left or right,
changing text color ,...

I did not have any problem with Editor in 1.2 version . When I update I have problem with Editor and I can not siwtch it to HTMLEditor
and I enable these prometer:

1 - it must be enabled at site level in admin page   ,  moodle/admin/config.php   htmleditor variable

2 - it must be enabled at user level in user profile page  , moodle/user/edit.php  When editing text


How I can changed my editor

would you please help me?

Well I have seen this problem couple of times (rarely), this is indeed a bug and I applied a fix for it to CVS.

You could also try empty your browser's cache and hit refresh button.
