You could edit your theme (blue plate 15) css files. Find a tag starting with body and change there
body {
font-size: 100%;
...
}
or font-size: 120%; for example. If font-sizes of your theme are defined in pixels you must edit different tags. It is a little difficult to help more because I have never seen that theme. Where did you get it?
