General help

Moodle 1.7+
I have a course (1 0f 3) where one word persistently shows up with a hyper link to one of the lessons.
Specifically one Lesson is called Adjuncts and every time the word adjuncts appears in an "HTML" page it is underlined with a link to that lesson.
This only occurs in lessons in this course.
I do have a global glossary, but adjuncts does not occur in it.
I'm sure I've done something incredibly stupid but for the life of me I can't track it down.
(I've also created a new trial course and imported this "dodgy" course into it and the problem re occurs in that as well so it's something to do with the course/lesson structure.)
Any help/ideas very welcome
