Hi Thanit,
I want to make sure I understand your question. Both Lesson and Course have settings to change the date when they close.
In a course, you need to have permission to adjust the course settings. Depending upon the Version of Moodle, these can be found in the administration block on the left side of the course main page under Settings. Early version of Moodle only have open dates and only way to end those old courses is to be the teacher and hide it. In the current version of Moodle, there is something called enrollment dates under settings. Here you set a open and closed dates for students to enter the course.
If you are asking about a Lesson, the setting can be found when you are in the lesson as an editing teacher. Near the top of the lesson in edit mode, you should see a button that says "Update Lesson". AFter clicking on the button a page will show a setting for the open date and the closed date. Use the pull down menu next to the year to make your selection. MoodleDocs has a page on Lesson settings and a section on open and close dates.
