I've translated all the language files and all strings in and it works fine except the words "Site news" on the index page and inside the course are remained in english. What shall I do?

Currently the name of the Site News forum is set like any other forum - just edit the forum and change it there.
This is fairly new behaviour - older versions of Moodle used the current language translation of "Site News" on the home page.
Now I'm not sure which way is better. Has anyone got any good arguments for either side of this?
