We're running moodle 1.7 and are trying to get spellcheck to work using Aspell.
Aspell is installed and the path is set correctly at settings.php?section=systempaths. Spellcheck button returns "error = 'No suitable dictionary found installed on your server!'; "
I can't set the dictionary because when I go to settings.php?section=htmleditor the editorspelling and editordictionary sections are populated with empty strings. In other words, the area looks like:
editorspelling editorspelling
with nothing in the dictionary select dropdown.
Is there a fix for this? Any suggestions appreciated.
