Grade for only one assignment not showing up or being counted!

The grades for only one of the assignments (the last one for which grades have already been entered) do not show up in any of the following circunstances:
  1. Student logged in,
  2. Teacher logged in, full grade sheet (`Grades' link). Total grades do not include this omitted grade.
  3. Teacher logged in, Excel grade sheet, idem 2.
However, they do appear when trying to see the grades of only this assignment, by clicking in the 'View assignment grades and feedback' link or in the assignment link itself.

This behavior began in Moodle 1.1. I succesfully upgraded to 1.2b but this problem continues.

Any ideas? Thank you.

I found out another strange thing that only happens with this assignment. In the grade sheet, all names appear twice in the list when sorting them.

Do you think that if I create another assignment and copy all the grades to it (using sql), would it work?

PS: In the orginal post, the first item should say: Student logged in, grade sheet.
