Hi

this is the first time using the moodle , firstly I download 1.7 modle , I want to install it on my PC , but in fact I don't know how to begin . I hope that you will help me .

One way to install on a PC is to use the Windows Package on this page  http://download.moodle.org/. Go for the Moodle 1.7+ package as it has everything that you need.

thank you ,  I download 1.7 +  ( windows package ) , I extract the file on my hard disk   C  , but in fact how can I  begin installing the moodle ? which fill I will use or installation .

Take a look at the instructions here (http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installing_AMP#Windows). Two steps are needed:

  1. Run set_xampp.bat. Apache, etc will install.
  2. Load http://localhost in your browser. Moodle will then install.
