I am trying to restore a file on moodle that was taken from webct 4.1 ce. I am a little confused as to why I am getting the error message above. php was configured with ./configure --with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-mysql --with-gd --with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib --with-ldap --with-xml --enable-xslt. Everyting thing compiled and installed fine soI am unsure as to why I can not resotere this file. Any help would be appreciated. I have attatched the ./configure output just incase it is useful.
