You can not pay less, but of course you can pay more, see enrol/paypal/ipn.php wink

But anyway I have studied the PP_WebsitePaymentsStandard_IntegrationGuide.pdf and IMHO it would not be that easy because you would have to certify each course separately by their software. The primary purpose of this is to prevent spoofed buttons (cracker might trick somebody to pay money to you), not to prevent the email. No password generator should help you to get into PayPal - you must have strong password and PayPal do their just of protecting accounts too.

In any case if you improve the plug-in please file a bug report and attach a patch, thanks.
