I just came across nutch, an open source search engine and was wondering if there were any plans or ideas about incorporating it in Moodle? http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/FrontPage
The developer of wikipedia puts it out and he is using wikipedias system in the search engine. Kind of sounds similar to dmoz.
Looking at http://wiki.apache.org/nutch/PublicServers it looks like Moodle could fit in well with that list with it indexing Moodle sites?
