Our school's announcements get updated on a server visible to the local network (internally) but that is not publicly accessible (externally). I would like to create a link to the page such that regardless of whether the users are using Moodle at school (internally) or at home (externally) they will be able to get the file. This would mean having Moodle request the data rather than the client. Any suggestions on how I might set this up as a resource. For example, if the server is called Pablo locally we could call http://Pablo/announcements.html but obviously this will not work from outside the school. Any suggestions on the best way to set this up?
