I have a problem with adding a question to a test.

I have put the php warnings on to see what´s going on.

First of all when I click on the test which could create, I see above the screen:
Warning: Undefined variable: navigation in /home/sites/site71/web/moodle/mod/quiz/view.php on line 53
Moreresults Workshops
Than I click on the button "Wijzig test" (Change Test").
I can change the variable of the test and click on "Ga door" ("Go")

Now I want add a question, so i choose out of the category "Standaard ("standard")
Question : "Multiple choice"
And click on "Maak nieuwe vraag" "Create new question"

Than I will be pointered to the folowing link:

Which bring me to a can´t find file brows window.

Seems something got to do words in the tag "Maak+een+nieuwe+vraag" I suppse.

Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks, Perry Smit

Exactly what is the error?

Also try a different browser, just in case.

The error is:

After I klick on Go to add a question I get an empty browser window.

When I doit on an other PC and klik on the test to edit, I get a window with an error:

You have used this page incorrectly!

What goes wrong here?

Because I´m faster with creating viewlets (littel videoclips) than describing my error, I have build a clip to show you what´s going on. On two different pc´s the same error.

Before I reinstall the program, just want to know if it could solved by a little setting.

To see my error:

P.S. When you like the viewlets, I have the intention to create some usefull viewlet for Moodle...

It looks like your server is missing a file.

Can you check to see if moodle/mod/quiz/question.php exists?

Yes, demos would be cool!
