The Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform (CTER) program in the Department of Educational Psychology will be hosting a hybrid online/on-campus conference in conjunction with the 5th annual Illinois Online Conference (IOC) for Teaching and Learning (http://www.ilonlineconf.org/).

This conference will be held February 14-16, 2007. Live presentations will be held from 5pm to 8pm on campus at the College of Education, and broadcast live via Elluminate.

We encourage you to submit proposals for this conference. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to share your best practices in using technology for teaching and learning in front of an international audience, and you can choose to do it here at the College of Education or from your workplace/home via Elluminate.

You may submit your proposals here. The deadline for the proposals is December 6, 2006.

This will also be an opportunity for instructors who would like to participate in a live (in person or online) presentation session with their class. If you'd like to take advantage of this opportunity, please contact us for more information at scagnoli@uiuc.edu.

We look forward to your participation.

Thank you,

Norma Scagnoli and Doe-Hyung Kim

P.S. from Tony: though this is called the "Illinois Online" conference, it's by no means limited to Illinois. Participants and presenters come from all over the world.
