In 1.6.3 Exercise version 2006080701

It's saying that there's 0 submitted items, however, there is at least 1.  Why isn't it showing?

the submission is shown for teachers when (maxeditingtime) passes after the actual file load.
See the admin settings for the maxeditingtime variable.
