I'm attempting to test 1.7. I have installed the latest Moodle for Windows version today: 2006101000
When I go to a course and turn editing on, the course disappears--only the header and footer are visible. What the heck am I doing wrong? I thought maybe it was an admin/role problem, so I created a user and made them a course creator, but the same happens.
Any ideas?
As a footnote--one thing I did notice was that my test course creator was listed under the course description as Course Creator. It doesn't seem to me that that role should appear there--only the teacher's name(s) should be listed.
Thanks
I tried looking in tracker for somewhere show this information but i'm too tired to wade through all that is required.
when using firefox the problem is as described by chardelle, when i switch to ietab in firefox i get the following

line 12 error: 'YAHOO.util.DDM' is null or not an object
line 72 error: 'prototype' is null or not an object

Ian, did you turn off AJAX in your profile?

Hi Ian,
If you would like to start using the latest CVS version it is quite easy to do. http://docs.moodle.org/en/CVS_for_Administrators includes directions for setting up cvs updates on windows including how to set up (the free and very easy to use) Tortoise.cvs. It is really a good way to go.
