ive been trying to do something similer. Ive been trying to create links to a maped network drive and no matter what i tryi dont seem to be able to get it to work. ive gone through the process of using File:///R: and ive made sure that the resources resource_allowlocalfiles is set to "Yes". however when i create the link within the course it changes the address to Http://R:
However im not sure if it makes a diffrence but im trying to link to the directory:
R:/ICT/KS4/YR7/
Im trying to set this up because i have many courses that need to share the same files and have created this R: maped drive to allow people to access these files.
Does anyone know how i can correctly link to this folder?
