I'm currently writing a module for a third-party LMS to migrate courses into moodle using it's outstanding backup feature.
I try to make module to create moodle's backup XML and place all the current resources inside. I have a problem with an instances.
Restore successfully writes a new course with all nesessary metadata, creates sections, but then fails with _Could not adjust instances in course_modules!? message. Failure occurs only with non-moodle xml. Original moodle backups work fine.
Could anyone help with this?
Is the <INSTANCE> </INSTANCE> value of particular <MOD> container connected somehow with resource-section-or any other ID? How can this parameter be explained (it's function)?
Moodle is 1.5.4.
