Since moving to version 1.6, we had issues with three things:
1) Weird Characters
2) Not able to open up some course pages
3) Not able to open up Quiz Editing
We assumed that something was wrong with our DB. We took backups and tried a few things, making the problems worse. Now we have restored and it seems that we only have 145 tables and we started with 193.
Where can I get a schema to compare what the new release should have?
Does anyone have any suggestions for getting back to normal operating function?
