Problem saving wiki

I recently posted this to the "Installation problems" forum because I thought it might have something to do with the way I had installed moodle.  I'm posting it again here because I didn't get any responses.

I created several quizzes without any problems.  Then I created a Wiki.  The first time I pressed the Save button, I got the following error (on Firefox):

Found

The document has moved .\n
\n
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.\n
\n
Apache/1.3.34 Server at scholarandkatz.com Port 80 \n
The odd thing is that the changes WERE saved somewhere. I did not lose anything and could continue editing the Wiki. But clearly something is wrong.\n
\n
My moodle data directory originally had permissions rwxrwxr-x. I thought maybe it needed write permission for "others", so I changed it to rwxrwxrwx, but the problem persists. I do not see anything that looks like Wiki data anywhere inside the moodledata directory.\n
\n
Any idea what's going on?\n
