I'm installing 1.6 to a webhost and directory that has a different path than the default in Moodle, specifically for host server and user. I've tried setting these in the \moodle\config-dist.php and then running the install script, but without any luck.
I'm at my wits end and need to get this up and running asap - where else can I change the defaults? Or, what else might be causing this? I've looked through the forums and see reference to this error, but never any responses
