I'm seeing double entries in the teacher submission review/feedback page for an assignment requesting that a sigle file be uploaded to be assessed. One entry for a student has their uploaded file attached. Later down the page the same student shows up again with another space for feedback with "not submitted yet" instead of their file. The students also are reporting that, after uploading their work, the assignment screen still says "Not submitted yet" which freaks them out a little bit. Any ideas? Please forgive me if an aswer to this is posted somewhere else...I looked but couldn't find anything.
