Software on moodle?

Software on moodle?

Is there anyway I can put software on the moodle for other people to use.  I am specifically thinking of Autograph - a maths graphing package?

Thanks

Hi Richard,

typically software applications must be installed on the machine that the user is using. - you could theoretically provide the install files inside moodle for people to download and install. - however you would have to give them licence keys etc. - this is likely to break any licencing agreement you have with Autograph.

I notice that Autograph uses Internet Explorer to use the content. - Autograph may have a web server install version of their software available - I suggest you try posting in the Autograph forums here:

If you can install a web based version of autograph, you will be able to link to this from inside your moodle course.

good luck!
