Hi,

Does anyone know the origin of these error messages? They appear when I access "report/status/index.php"

Have never seen that before, but they all have notificationscondition in common for the various task.

As an admin level user, I sometimes go to my personal preferences and turn off all notifications to my address for things that others will be responsible. smile

That's really a guess!

Hi Ricardo, it looks very similar to the issue you reported last April 2025: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=467289 It turned out to be a third party plugin https://github.com/unimoodle/moodle-local_notificationsagent that caused your previous issue.

I really don't know what happened for it to reappear.
