Can't select "Mark as Complete" button via keyboard

So I'm a teacher making a course in Canada, I can't seem to make my "Mark as Complete" button selectable for my mobility impaired students.

I've set:

Enable completion tracking
: Yes
Show activity completion conditions: Yes

But I can't get into the "mark as done" button's code to set tagindex="0" to make it selectable, is there a built in solution, am I just lacking access as a teacher, or is there a workaround?

Your image is from the course completion settings -
You need to update each Course Activity completion settings that you want the students to mark as complete.

I don't see that, there's Manual self completion in the overall settings, the course settings, but I don't see one for completion conditions? Could you help me find that?

I'm looking in :
Course> Section> Class link>Settings (top image)
and
Course> Settings (bottom image)

All courses are containers for course activities (books, videos, h5P, quizzes, etc.)
Each activity within the course has its own completion conditions.
You need to select the Edit Activity and update the activity's completion conditions.

Hi, Ziming.

I believe that the "Mark as done" button is not available for teachers viewing the course. It should be clickable for students. Can you try switching your role to a Student to view the course as a student? You should be able to do this via the "User menu" > "Switch role to..."

It also seems like you are using an older version of Moodle. If possible, we recommend upgrading to the supported versions, as they are maintained for security, bug fixes, and accessibility improvements.

Hope this helps!

I did try student mode: it didn't work unfortunately. I do not have the authority to upgrade Moodle, it's something I'll have to petition the admins for sad

Sorry to hear about that, Ziming. Kindly implore your Moodle site admins to upgrade as soon as possible. We highly recommend upgrading to the latest supported Moodle versions, which include the latest bug and security fixes, as well as accessibility improvements.

So I've solved the problem, the "mark as done" button requires an enrolled account in the course to save to-we were simply switching roles to student but didn't enroll.

There is no more accessibility issue, just came here to say this for future reference.
