I’m facing an issue with bulk user upload in Moodle 5.0.1+. When I try to upload a CSV file with multiple users, the process stops and doesn’t complete—even with as few as 6 users.
Interestingly, when I add users manually one by one, it works fine. The problem only occurs when using the CSV bulk upload option.
I have also checked php error, debugging ON and browser console - not showing any errors.
