ExamSoft Setup coding error in Moodle

I'm hoping that someone can help me - I'm trying to setup the integration with exam soft and our Moodle site (4.1).

I completed these steps:

Under Web Services, select External Service.
Select Add a Custom Service and enter these values:
For Name, enter: ExamSoft
For Short Name, enter: ExamSoft
Select the checkbox for Enabled

Select Save Changes.
Return to list of External Services, find the ExamSoft service that you created, and select the Functions.
Select Add Functions.

When I go to add the functions, I receive this error below - Does anyone know how to fix this?  I have submitted a ticket with Moodle.com our site host and they are not responding.

Thank you in advance,

Hi Karla,

Sorry you're having these issues. It looks like the course format "Tiles" is missing from your server - that is unrelated to ExamSoft, I think. Do you happen to have that format installed? If yes, could you confirm that it is in the correct location in the software directory?

Turning on Debugging under Development and then revisiting this page might give more information to help you troubleshoot it.

Regarding your Moodle.com submission, if St. Bonaventure University is currently on a contract with a Moodle Partner, you can contact that Partner directly for support. However, if you are not on a contract then support is DIY in the forums here -- so good that you posted your issue in these forums.

Thank you for your reply.  The issue was with the "tiles" info left over in the database.  Once the company deleted the references the adding of the functions worked perfectly.  Alas we are not a Moodle partner.   Again thank you and Have a wonderful Holiday season!
