How to setup RSS feed correctly?

Hi all, sorry for a newbie question, I noticed that on moodle.org forums, usually there is a orange color small button "RSS" on the upper-right corner of the browser, but when I click on it, it will display whole bunch of XML codes like...

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>

.....

How do I setup this RSS feed (on both IE and Firefox) so that I could get notified when there is a new post to some moodle forums?? Any pointer or tip would be highly appreciated. thanks!

You'll need an RSS Reader. In Firefox you can use an RSS reader called Sage. There are other methods, but this is what I use to view feeds. I like it because it integrates into my browser and works fairly well.
