Random questions and upgrade to Moodle 5

I have problems with quizes that contain random questions when upgrading from 4.5.5 version to 5.0.1

Now I noticed that same problems occur also on Moodle demo site https://school.moodledemo.net

In course 'Effective Memory Techniques' quiz 'Final test: Effective Memory Techniques' includes random questions:
https://school.moodledemo.net/mod/quiz/edit.php?cmid=1182

When I try to edit a question  or click on link 'See questions' (https://school.moodledemo.net/question/edit.php?cmid&filter=%7B%22category%22%3A%7B%22jointype%22%3A1%2C%22values%22%3A%5B306%5D%2C%22filteroptions%22%3A%7B%22includesubcategories%22%3A0%7D%7D%7D ) different error messages appear.

Can someone explain why is this happening or how it can be fixed?

Also, what version is this demo site running? I understand that some question bank issues are solved on version 5.0.2

I am also having this same error for the same reason. An upgrade was done and when lecturers click to edit the question the error comes up.

What is the solution to this or the walk-around. 

One work around is to recreate the quiz from scratch but that is not much of a work-around.

Please help us, as there is a problem when lecturers click on these random questions and encounter the error.
