I'm having a very difficult experience trying to migrate to a new server. There is we tried to take a course backup from our old server is not coming well. That won't be work properly. In course back log it shows the error ? What could be the problem ?

I was trying to do automatic back and it failed. I followed the steps from the documentiaon. Even in the error log it is not showing any error. it simply display the error. could you pls assist me to solve this problem
