“We are using OAuth2 login (Google), but users are getting a ‘The email address is not allowed at this site’ error. Please confirm if authpreventaccountcreation is enabled for our instance and whether it can be disabled. We only want to allow Google login and allow new users to be auto-created.”

We are on a starter plan on Moodle cloud.
