Good morning. I have been having a problem navigating the SCORM Packages of the current Android application: when I connect a mouse to the device and try to click on the interaction buttons, there is no response, although the appearance of the arrow shape changes to a hand when I hover it over the button. I would like to know if anyone has a solution. Thank you,

Hello,

Are you are using the Moodle Mobile App on an Android device with a mouse connected to the Android device and the mouse click is not working?

I moved your post into Moodle for Mobile -- you might get a few more responses here related to the Moodle Mobile App...

If you click on the links with your finger (assuming the Android device is a touchscreen), are you able to click the links?

Hi Frco. Lucas,

Adding to Thom's question (If you click on the links with your finger (assuming the Android device is a touchscreen), are you able to click the links?), could you indicate if the cursor works correctly outside of that SCORM?

Thanks for your collaboration,
Isabel

1. Yes, it works with my finger.

2. Clicking on links doesn't work with the mouse.

3. Outside of the SCORM, the cursor works normally.

Hi Frco. Lucas,

A) Does it works on browser?
B) Could you check the behaviour using a different SCORM? For example look for 'SCORM 1.2 [Complete Example]' under 'Basic Run-Time Calls' https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/golf-examples/

Kind regards,
Isabel

Hello. Thanks for the reply, Isabel.

A) Yes, the mouse is fully functional in the browser.

B) Sorry, I'm a lay user and I couldn't open this SCORM package in the application to test it.

Francisco Lucas.

Hi Francisco,

you might try another SCORM in this site: https://bma.moodledemo.net (student/moodle25), there is a Digital course with a SCORM package: Forum netetiquette

Let us know how it goes
