Hi all,
I am trying to figure out how to automatize a reminder to the student that needs to redo a course after X time of a certificate being issued.
The idea is that students can get a reminder that a certificate has been expired and they need to redo a course to renew them certificates...
Any ideas on how to approach to this? I guess a mixed combination of re-engagement plugin taking into consideration the issued time plus a set of time to trigger the email could be a good approach...
What do you guys think? I would love to hear your ideas about that, Do you also find interesting this event trigger?
