Is there any plugin to create a lesson like this? The lesson contains a lot of slides which can have video, quizes...

As mentioned by Chris, you can use H5P, and you can also possibly use Content Pages. I am in the process of updating it to work with current versions of Moodle. The most current code is in github.

Thank you. I tried installing and creating it. But I could not add quiz such as multiple choice....Is there any help?

The maintainer responds in the General plugins forum.
Content Pages does not do, "add quiz," like you can with the Quiz activity.
Instead, you must already have the questions created in your Moodle. Then, when you create a page in the, Content Pages, activity, you have the opportunity to add questions to the page.
Ever since the first release of Content Pages, it only worked with four types of questions, Essay, Multiple Choice, True/False, and Matching, and the questions actually did not work correctly. The latest code in my github, has three of the four types working correctly now, but I still need to fix the Matching question. The problem is that currently, it does not shuffle the answers.
I have been trying to update the code so that it will work with all the question types, but for two years now, I have suffered from severe dry eye problems which greatly limit the amount of time I can stand to look at a monitor or TV.
The Content Pages still works great for presenting new content to students in a manner very similar to a slide show with the added benefit of students being able to make comments and ask questions regarding the content of each slide.
Although its not free, Poodll MiniLesson works as you describe. You create items (ala slides) and they combine to create a lesson. Its specifically designed for language teaching (so lots of audio activities). But it might still be interesting. This is an example activity: https://demo.poodll.com/mod/minilesson/view.php?id=540
