MoodleCloud - Custom certificate - E-Mail not working

Hello.
I'm using Moodle version 4.5.2 on MoodleCloud.

I'm using the CustomCertificate extension, and when users mark an activity as complete, they can download the certificate.

My problem is that it's not sent by email to either the user or the instructor, even though it's marked as being sent by email. Is there a problem sending certificates on MoodleCloud?

There is a known issue with the Custom Certificate plugin that is currently being worked on. It will be fixed as soon as possible.
