Hello everyone

I am using moodle 3.11.18 and using the mobile app. I am having problems loading the Review content (Show one page at a time) with a large number of questions (125 questions) . (show all questions on one page) then there is no problem

Specifically, for the Quiz with 5 questions, the Review section loads normally (for both parts (Show one page at a time and show all questions on one page)
But for the quiz with 125 questions, it cannot load (show all questions on one page is normal butShow one page at a time cannot load)

Please help meI can't load the review results

Hi Minh,

Could you try to reproduce your issue using the https://school.moodledemo.net using the standard Moodle App?

Hi Minh,

As this is a very old Moodle version we’d suggest you to try to reproduce it in a 4.5 Moodle LMS site as this could be already fixed server-side, you can use our demo sites (https://school.moodledemo.net) that are reset hourly for it.

I am confused when updating from 3.11.18 to 4.5. Does it affect the data? Do you have any instructions on upgrading to 4.5? If so, please share it with me.

I apologise for any confusion that may have arisen from my previous message. Allow me to clarify our suggestion: we are NOT suggesting that you update your Moodle site. Instead, we advise you to attempt to replicate the issue on a 4.5 Moodle LMS site, as it is possible that the issue has already been resolved on the server side. To assist with this, we provide a demo site (https://school.lalademo.net) for testing purposes.

If the issue is resolved on the 4.5 Moodle LMS site, then you may consider upgrading your own Moodle site. However, please be aware that upgrading a Moodle site is a complex process. If needed, you may wish to seek support from a Moodle Partner.

I tried this on a Moodle LMS 4.5 site with 141 questions, but the issue hasn't been fixed.
 
Besides,i want to ask more question 
In the review screen there are 2 options
1. show one page at a time
2. show all questions on one page
is there a way for me to set only 1 option to show one page at a time?
