Hi,

I've deployed v4.5 (both on el9.5 linux and FreeBSD14.2) and I'm stuck on the memcached config with the same issue on both platforms.

I don't see a memcached plugin existing on the cache plugins config page at all. Searching for it on Moodle plugin repo there is one, bit the notes say that from Moodle v2.8 above, that plugin comes naively with the Moodle and the one in repo is no longer maintained (note is from more than 10 years ago).
