today Thai time is 1 January 2003 but my web site in site logs show 31 January ( month in thai language) 2003 !!! where could it go wrong here? sometimes I tried the quizz spent less than 1 minutes to answer 20 questions but it shows 8 hrs...!! I'm using UK hosting while using my website in Thailand ... time different is +7 hrs... but when I set the profile I think the time is not quite right it's +6 in moodle.
Another thing.... you said when I add news/announcement to the first page the email will be sent to all members but so far hmmm there's nothing happen and also to any other forums where I subscribed to the forum there's no email informing new topics.
Last but not least.... would it be possible to add extra admin?? so that I can allow other person to post on the first page.
sorry if this's kinda confusing I'm getting confused myself of what to explain.
