i used default configuration resource(didnt make any changes to the default config)
and ther error appers(used the same versions to create configuratio and opening the quiz) ..
What can be the reason?

did you try to download the seb confg file (button "Download configuration" on quiz start page), save it on your computer and open it?

We have had the problem also in the past, unfortunately I am not the one who resolved the errors but in general it was often related to a program that was still running or a second monitor (even if not physically attached but still in the system as being in use).
Never really understood when the configuration file was needed, but expect that it might be when one quiz has different settings than another....
