Assigning and Tracking Unique Learning Paths

Assigning and Tracking Unique Learning Paths

I’ve did a lot of research before deciding to ask this. smile

Is it possible to combine resources and activities from multiple courses to create a unique learning path for the trainee?

How can we easily track completion if a trainee must complete 100 modules across 30 different courses or more? These courses may have different completion criteria and numerous modules, but only a few should be used to create the 'unique learning path' needed to build the specific competence level.

How can we assign such a learning path and automatically enroll users in multiple courses?

How can we easily track the completion of the overall learning path?

Is it possible to achieve this by using standard Moodle LMS exclusively?

(I’m not interested in using additional 3rd party plugins)

Many thanks!

I am not sure if learning paths fits what you would like to do, also not sure if it works in the LMS version or just in Workplace https://moodle.com/news/how-learning-paths-benefit-organisations/

I was also thinking Workplace - in Workplace you would separate those activities into separate courses and then string those courses into groups called Programs - it has automation to add users into new courses within a program once previous courses are finsihed.

In standard Moodle people try to achieve this the cohort sync enrollment method in various courses long with the sub-course 3rd party plugin.
