We have encountered an issue where users with the role of 'Teacher' are unable to load the gradebook results in a course with 95 students, but myself (as site admin) or another user with the role of manager/teacher can. I tested these accounts with the 'log in as' function so I was using the same internet connection and browser for all of these tests. This is what loads immediately, but then nothing else loads. (When this times out, the only button that works is the 'go to home' site logo in the upper left. You can't click on any of the grade report buttons or the user account dropdown in the upper right hand corner.
These same teacher accounts can load the gradebook in the same course that was taught in a previous quarter but only had 35 students.
We reset Apache and these accounts were able to load the gradebook, but it is much much slower (5-10 seconds to load) than users with non-teacher roles (e.g., site admin or manager), which is nearly instantaneous.
After a few seconds, the column on the left loads first and then a few more seconds the grade table loads.
Is anyone aware of what might be the issue? Thanks!
