I was having some challenges in posting k-type questions into Moodle’s question bank - error free. If someone can suggest what the WORD document format for this question format look like, it would be truly appreciated. I have Moodle 4.0

Multi-line questions aren't really supported using the standard Moodle question import formats like Aiken and GIFT, but if you have access to the Microsoft Word File Import/Export (Question Format), then it would be formatted as in the screenshot below.
Note that K-Type questions (which I never heard of until now), are apparently not considered a good choice: see https://cme.wustl.edu/go/Writing-Assessment-Questions
