Hello Moodlers,
Our students are enrolled in a third party database (VetTrak) and then their details are pushed automatically across into Moodle where their account is set up, they are enrolled into their course and their confirmation email is sent out form Moodle
Everything is working fantastically, however, when they enrol into a course in the future (eg 31/12/24) and their enrolment is created in Moodle they cannot access their course in moodle until the date (eg 31/12/24).
I can't change the course date as that is connected to a sales funnel at the front end.
Any thoughts about how I can get them to have automatic entry into their Moodle course now even when their face-to-face workshop is in the future?
Any help is always appreciated
