Good afternoon, I am using the adaptive theme (311.1.6 2021081011) and moodle version (Moodle 3.11.5+ (Build: 20220129)) 

As a site administrator I cannot see the description that users put in their profiles. They also cannot see the description from teachers to students and vice versa.

I have already reviewed all the role management options and settings, privacy policies, etc. The user has the complete profile.

Any other solution, or the problem is in the theme?

To check whether the cause is the theme add the following line to moodle/config.php:
 
$CFG->theme='boost';

BTW it is _Adaptable_ https://moodle.org/plugins/theme_adaptable.

It is functionality specific to the theme and I've made an improvement to the M4.4 version that will in time make its way back to the M4.1 version, but not beyond.  Sorry Hernan, but I can't support / maintain older versions forever, especially when I have to change PHP version to do so.
