Hi,

I am receiving the automated course backup message with an error alert. This message informs you that there is an unfinished backup of a course, but does not indicate which course.
I checked the Moodle backup report, but it doesn't show any course with an unfinished status, just ok or ignored.

I checked the backup files and restored the courses to find errors, but everything is fine.
The message is always sent before the backup of all courses is complete. I think this is the cause of the reported error.

Cursos: 530 ia ruw is the id number of the course?

See it's an adhoc job meaning it didn't finish for some reason and has been
added to adhoc to try again/later/finish.

What's in moodledata/temp/backup/ directories?
Do you see a contenthash named directory with lots of letters and numbers?
date of that directory?
If so inspect contents of that directory.
is there a backup.mbz file present and a moodle_backup.xml file present?
If so it means the backup did complete but couldn't do the very last thing
which is to copy ... that's copy .. the backup.mbz to destination directory.

Is destination directory one of your on making or is the setting for 
where to save left for defaults ... which is the sea of files in moodledata/filedir/

I've inspected dir moodledata/temp/backup and I found only empty backup logs files, not .mbz or .xml files.

The backup files are stored at other dir called moodlebackups, outside moodledata dir.

Hi,

You didn't indicate your Moodle version.

Since Moodle 3.9 (with MDL-65729), and before Moodle 4.2.6 or 4.3.3 (when MDL-69615 is resolved), email was sent before all backups where done, with useless information.

If it's your case, you can generally ignore these emails.
 
If you can, the simpler would be to upgrade to a more recent version.
