What I had :

AJEE (Main Category)

1. PHD (Sub Category of AJEE)

1.1 AUJ (Sub Category of PHD)

1.2 CVRUB (Sub Category of PHD)

1.3 RNTUMP (Sub Category of PHD)

MPhil (Sub Category of AJEE)

2.1 CVRUCG (Sub Category of MPhil)

UGPG  (Sub Category of AJEE)

Now I changed the structure:

Deleted - AJEE

Created 3 Categories:

PHD (With Sub categories: AUJ, CVRUB and RNTUMP)

MPhil (With Sub Categories: RNTUMP)

UGPG (With Direct courses (No Sub Categories))

Now what I see is:

Courses block Showing All Main Categories (Which I want)

See, my 2 categories still not having Courses Directly they have courses in Sub Categories) and now Courses Block is showing that, why?

If it can show Categories with sub categories then why it is not showing before?
