I found this old, and kind of stale text in Site admin > Notifications, referring to the feedback function added since Moodle 3.9. As we're living in Moodle 4.1.x up to 4.4.x, wouldn't it be a good moment to rewrite that text?

The string identifier is  3.9+ | userfeedbackencouragement | core_admin.

Suggested removing the version mention in the notification and using 'Moodle LMS includes a feature ...' instead. Hopefully this gets accepted.
